Keep fresh meat refrigerated below 5C, at the bottom of the fridge. Do not exceed the use by date. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and use within 6 months of packaged date. Defrost fully before use and use within 3 days. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.

Devon lamb, homegrown and grass-fed. In the spring and summer our lambs have been growing for over a year, so the meat is classed as hogget - same great taste and cooking ability, extra flavour from extra growing time.
Devon pork, homegrown and raised outdoors in our fields and woodlands. On the rare occasion we run out of available pigs during peak season, we choose pigs from trusted local farms with the same ethos as ourselves.
